Cancellations

2 hour notice for all sedan and SUV transfers. Parties who cancel with less than a 2 hour notice are charged at full rate

76 hour notice for all bus jobs. Parties who cancel with less than a 76 hour notice are charged at full rate.

48 hour notice for all limo and van transportation. Parties who cancel with less than a 48 hour notice are charged at full rate.

Wait Time Charges

Wait time charges are $50 an hour for sedan and $75 an hour for SUV. Any wait beyond 10 minutes of scheduled pickup time will
incur wait time charges.

Logan Wait Time Charges
|
|
We allow up to an hour after your flight has arrived to meet your driver outside of Logan Airport. This includes all domestic and
international flights. Wait times over an hour after your flight has arrived will incur wait time charges.

Vehicle Passenger Minimums/Maximums
|
- Sedan: 1 - 2 passengers
- SUV: 3 - 6 passengers
- 7 or more passengers, please call for exact vehicle needed
